Nancy Cantor – Cantor Consulting

Online Coaching Meeting

Nancy Cantor has been business coach and consultant since 1994. As a former special education teacher, Nancy specializes in curriculum and program design.  This allows her to develop programs that serve different audiences and needs.
  • Private Coaching Through uniquely designed private business coaching, she can support business owners, corporate executives and their teams.  She has provided over 10,000 hours of coaching and accountability sessions over the past 27 years.  Her training as a manager and course leader for Landmark Worldwide, enables her to listen and guide her clients to better choices and actions that lead to success.
  • Groups and Workshops Because Nancy designs workshops and ongoing groups, small business owners and corporate leadership teams can plan, communicate, and grow together.   She has worked with several corporations such as Digital, Fidelity, Thermo Fisher and Ashland Public Schools.  Nancy coaches managers, administrators, directors, VP’s and their teams.  They are able to transcend silos, think entrepreneurially, and accomplish more with less stress.
  • Community-Based Learning Her specialty is  building community-based learning environments.   The Dream Factory Community is a membership organization that teaches women solo-entrepreneurs to take on their life, their work and their world.  It consists of a workshop called Chief Dream Officer (CDO) Training, monthly accountability sessions called CDO Circles, and monthly educational events. All of the Dream Factory Community programming are now online. Because of Covid,  weekly support meetings have been added to the curriculum. The workbook, Chief Dream Officer Training and Chief Dream Officer Circles is available on Amazon.
  • The Dream Factory Community Curriculum has been offered to other groups of people, such as; leadership executives, senior sales teams, and new finance managers.  As a result of going through the program, an executive director of a non-profit and her leadership team, are more effectively fulfilling their mission even during these challenging times.
